I was emailed a J D Power survey last week, as part of their 3-year reliability survey. My Jag’s only 2 yrs old.

Not sure what the “3 yr reliability” survey means when it ignores the effective age of the car. I figured cars in this survey could actually be anywhere from 18 months to 42 months old. Power seems to just count 2018, 2019, 2020. as meaning 3 yrs old, regardless of actual purchase date.

The survey seemed rather naive and simplistic to me. I’ll read JD with a large pinch of salt in the future!

 

Yes, I did that survey shortly after I leased my XE. Long *** survey!
