Default Bluetooth audio not available as a source

I have an Nexus 6p. I can connect Bluetooth fine for calls/text etc fine. But for some reason under my audio sources Bluetooth is not showing up? I seen it pop up as an option once just for a brief moment but since then it's been gone. I tried to force a manual sync for music in the options but it errors out. Any ideas what could be causing this?

When you initially paired the device, did you select pair for all or just phone/text? You may want to unpair the device, then re-pair and select Pair for all when the options pop up.

Different phones have different issues for example on my Samsung I can not toggle my play list from the jags screen but my wife's IPhone works perfectly , I did receive a letter from jaguar to take my car in the dealer for a software update for all 2017 XE's , I am hoping that will fix it .

I have same issue with my Nexus 6P, everytime it fails to connect I reboot my phone and connect from phone. That makes it work for me.
