Default Engine Noise

Is anyone else getting a slight whiny noise when starting up the car ? I heard it a couple of other times and decided to look into it this morning. When I start the car I can hear from the inside this slight whiny/hissy noise coming from engine. I opened up the hood and besides the regular engine noise there is another type of noise coming out. Very hard to say what it sounds like but its almost like a lose timing belt without the squeakiness, more like it wasn't lubed properly and its rubbing just the wrong way? it is not very loud. I figured I will check if its still there when I get to work and I think it was gone but the garage has so much echo that I am really not certain. Never had a supercharger in the car so not sure if this maybe something normal for these types of engines? for all I know it maybe a blower of some kind, its just that there 2 distinctive noises coming out of the engine for sure.

If no one knows I will try to record this after work (if it returns) or tomorrow morning, not really sure if its loud enough to record on my phone though.

It could be the cold start injection which goes away after warm up.
