During Oct I made a few discoveries about the XE which may help some members.

A light push and the voice control button works instantly. As opposed to my earlier firm push, followed by increasingly irate harder pushes to make it work, then finally stabbing the screen.

The UBS offered a choice of albums, artists songs and genre, many of which I didn't recognize as my CDs. For example the last album was titled “yusef”. YUSEF? So I played it, and turns out it was Cat Stevens. (I know he changed his name but where did that reference come from?)

Lots of other albums had similarly obscure titles, or were labeled “various” or unknown artist

I finally tried the “files” choice. I usually ignore files options as geeky stuff which will give me options that I haven't a clue as to which one to select.

But this time a success! All my albums came up listed in alphabetical order, with the right names. And Cat Stevens was under C, as Cat Stevens.

One dark night I finally turned the lights on - realized I had been driving around town relying on the DLRs (well I don't get out much!!) and discovered the XE has low speed cornering lights when you use the indicators .

Even if you don't use the indicators. It works when you turn the wheel sharp enough. Neat feature.

But my auto high beams don't always work. I use the stalk method more often than not.
