Hi beam problem

Hi, I am new to this forum, hello everyone. My problem is an intermittent fault on the drivers side full beam headlight, sometimes it works sometime not. My Jag model is the 2017 XE R SPORT. After trawling through lots of web pages I am even more confused. I know the headlights are xenon but do they have two bulbs or one and is it possible to change them yourself. I have also heard someone mention a shutter which operates high and low beam using only one bulb. Ive looked inside the headlight through the round hole but cant really work much out at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
