I recently got this 2016 XE, no accidents no bad history. But noticed this misalignment in the hood and the fron bumper.
is there any manufacting issue that caused a problem like this?

 

I had a similar issue with my bumper cover. So I went to the hardware store and picked up some large rubber washers (1 1/4 diameter with a 1/4 inch hole) and added them where it was low. It helped some, but I haven't really had the time to play with it. I haven't looked but there should be some adjustable stops on the front structure.
