Hi to everyone,

I just bought a Jaguar xe 2018 AWD R-Sport and I activated the Incontrol remote premium. I tried already to start the engine for the A/C and it works fine, I can see also throw the app if a window is open and it's amazing.
Just I don't understand if I can open / close the windows as well and how do to it.
Can someone help me?

My app is also different than my dad one, he has a F-Pace 2019 and Iphone, I use android...dunno if it is for the different Os...but he can see also the level of the fluid and other things that I can not see in my app, he has just the secure tracker more than me but I don't think this is the problem
