I kept up on all of the service including having the dealership do my safety and emissions inspections, to help keep them honest. When my maintenance plan was set to expire, I took the car in and had the inspections done again, to minimize the chances of issues going forward. Hope this helps!

 

I go in once a year near the anniversary of my purchase. They are always nice and do little extras for no charge. I do get reminders 5-6 months early saying I am due for my annual service. This leads me to believe that JLR reimburses them nicely. That is good since they are not selling any new cars. They have had only 1 or 2 new vehicles in inventory for the past year or so, usually zero. Lately the showroom has been full of used Land Rovers.
