Just spent my first week with my 2017 XE 35t, and a wonderful week it has been. Purchased at 24k mi w/ CPO until 2023, I was curious as to what were the first things other XE owners have done after purchasing.

The CARFAX had listed that a rear taillight and the coolant hose that tends to fail have already been replaced and I'll be taking it into the dealer next week, who offered to do a paint touchup on the front bumper. Someone already gave it a minor scuff there as well, so a dash cam is on its way immediately. Eventually will do a detail and PPF within the month. I also have a month left of included maintenance so I'll be looking towards that as well

You might care to look at the rear of the rocker panels where they curve outwards to the wheel arch. This is a notorious place for stone damage, and there is a Jaguar kit you can get consisting of a couple of pre-cut clear vinyl covers. Of course any damage to the paint needs repair beforehand.
