Can you blame them? I don't think they are going cheap, but rather they have a maitanance plan and that's that. You want it it better than the free on; then that's on you. What is best for the long term benefit the our Jag is not their priority.

I just got a "Service Required" dash signal today at 12,150 miles.

Will be bringing my car for service mid-June to Sudbury Jaguar. They do not have any loaners before that...
