Default No sound

Suddenly, I can no longer get any sound from my InControl Pro system... not the radio, not my iPhone, and not the navigation system. It worked perfectly on a 40-minute drive today, and did not work at all on the drive home. I turned off and restarted the car twice, but no joy.

Likely a fuse? Or is there a master mute switch somewhere?

All ideas are welcome.

The only mute switch that I know is the audio volume/off switch in the centre stack. Have you tried pushing that one a couple of times? You could have knocked it "off" by mistake'

Yes, of course. But it did nothing.

As mysteriously as it disappeared, the sound in my XE is back... the very next time I used the car!

Now that you mention it, I think I had that happen once. ICTP software was buggy, but I’ve had mine updated and no issues since.
