What is the yellow piece/section in the photo?

Would love to know what the yellow piece or the entire section is, I have looked at 2017 Jaguar XE diagrams but cannot figure it out... I have a 2017 XE R Sport, thank y'all!

It looks like a tag to me. A lot of automotive assemblers don't take off the tags that came in with the parts. They just leave it that way
