2013 XF 2.0 what am I getting into?

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2013 XF 2.0T with 29,000 miles and a single owner. For the low price is 12k What reliability issues am I looking at if I purchase this vehicle?

You can do better. Paid slightly more for a V8.

Might be better posting in the forum for the old XF, (up to 2015). This one is for the current model, and it is completely different even though it looks the same.
