Default Aftermarket Sound Upgrade Solution?

Has anybody been able to successfully figure out and install any type of aftermarket upgrade to the base 380W 10 Speaker Meridian system?

I really wanted the upgraded 825W system as Im extremely picky about sound but they didn't have any 2016s available with it. Coming from the 13 speaker Logic7 system in my old BMW, im very very disappointed with the Meridian, it just sounds like a regular car stereo? Ideally I think installing a sub in the trunk to handle the low spectrum while tuning the factory stereo to handle the highs and mids would improve the stereo significantly, but there isnt much info out there on how the electronics in this car are wired

Luckily my 2016 came with the 825W system.

I haven't seen any info around about what kind of upgrades can be done. Most of these new integrated systems are a pain to upgrade. You might find a shop that does a lot of upgrades, they may have gone through the headache already and have an idea of what you can do.
