Apple CarPlay and UIP upgrade
I drive an X260 MY2017. According to Topix I have a Branded Sound System L3, a full TFT/LCD instrument cluster, and the NGI Head Unit High.
To me this sounds like I meet the first two requirements for activating the Smartphone Pack.
However, the UIP is Low-Line, and according to my dealer that is the reason why I cannot have the smartphone pack enabled.
Does anyone know if and how I can upgrade the UIP to High-Line without needing to upgrade the head unit?
