I've had my XF for 5 months now and have been trying to get a true spec sheet or window sticker for my 2016 XF but have failed to do so. Finally I ran across Iseecars.com and paid their $8.95 for a build spec sheet that I hoped actually showed all my options and builds. Finally, a true spec sheet! Very happy after buying a couple of others that were completely made up, even as far as having the wrong exterior color listed. Thank you Iseecars! Now I have all the options, colors, trims, drivetrain, and engine specs downloaded. Hopefully it works for others that would like to know what options and trims were used in their vehicle.
