Front bumper offside wing attachment
Other than complete replacement of bumper for 17 Reg XF 2.0D, what can be done when a low speed bump has fractured the plastic locator lug that is inside the bumper wing tip and keeps it tight to the rest of the bodywork.

Glue. Hope the lug remained in the hole. If not make sure the piece you replace the lug with is compatible with the glue and the bumper material. Test the glue at a hidden place on the bumper by wiping a bit on the surface to see if it dissolves the material properly and not just hardens on top of it. If they can successfully glue an x260 body and frame together a bumper support should be no problem.
