Default Headlight for continental driving

Can anyone help, I have a 2012 Jaguar XF 2.2, Is there a way to switch the headlights to dip the other way for driving on the other side of the road?

My 2007 XK had levers on the back of the headlamps to change the beam from LH to RH dip. This procedure was described in the Owner's Handbook. My 2014 XK has a headlamp pattern which does not require dip beam adjustment for driving on the right. Again, this is fully described in the Owner's Handbook.

The 2012 XF Owner's Handbook makes no mention of either of these nor does it include any advice on dip beam direction. I therefore assume the XF has no in-built adjustment nor compliant headlamps and your only option will be to fit "beam benders".
