Hidden menu

I've located the hidden menu on my 2010 jaguar but now I need to find the code. How can I do this or what do I need to do to retrieve a code or pin for the hidden menu.

In case it offers a chance to update the software DO NOT press it (on the related S-Type it deletes the existing software then hangs if you don't have the new).

Are you referring to the Navigation menu? Codes 660, 661 and 662 I believe.
