I have a 2012 XF, coming out of lease in August.
I had leased it for 36 month 45000 miles but it has only 25000 miles.
Therefore, I am planning to buy it out.. Buy out is around $29k, which seems fair enough.

The car would be under warranty until August of 2016, because factory warranty is 4 year 50k.

I assume I can buy extended factory warranty any time before the end of 4 year factory warranty. Is that correct?

IF I buy it, I would probably keep it for three more years.. Would it even make sense to buy extended warranty, if I am going to keep it until about 70,000 miles?
How has the reliability been for these cars?

How do I shop around on the internet, for extended jaguar warranty? Does any one know a dealer who is giving a good price on factory warranties?

I am considering purchasing an extended warranty on an 11Xk. My thought is financing the warranty as to purchase what I can use in the event the car is gone..
