Default Jack Stands - Front of X260

Trying to do oil change and go back to summers today - Cant find anything that is X260 specific on here.

I have one floor jack and stands, I am using a slotted block and pinch weld to lift, but can I use this location on what appears to be the metal front subframe for the stand location before moving to the other side to level it off? (Pictured)

Thanks in advance

Oh, I did that before. What a pain to loosen all those bolts from the under tray and to put them back in. Plus, you have to change the oil drain plug each time you change the oil. Now, I change the oil on my XF from the top not from the bottom. Watch this guy on the video does his the way do mine. It's an F-Pace with 2.0, same engine as mine. I believe the same rule applies on the 6 cylinder. EASY!!! It takes less than 30 minutes to change the oil. Make sure the engine is at operating temperature (Hot) that way the dirt & contaminants are still with the oil & not at the bottom of the pan.
FYI: I do a 5K mile OCI not the Jaguar recommended 20K mile OCI. The 20K mile OCI is over stretched of an extended OCI for me especially with Turbo engines.

Yes, sucking the engine oil out with a PELA or similar "sucker" is MUCH easier than draining it from the bottom, after removing the 20 odd bolts that hold on the undertray. Also, with the oil filter accessible from the top of the engine, the oil and filter change can be done without getting under the car at all.
In the UK at least these oil suckers are mainly available from boat chandlers. This puzzled me at first until I realised boat engines are located in the bilges and enginewoil cannot be drained out and must be removed by sucking it out.

Not looking to discuss the oil change procedure guys, just JACK STAND PLACEMENT lol - I am well aware of the extraction method and how that is the intended method for most modern cars. I was doing my summer wheels at the same time so I was jacking up the car anyway.I prefer to get underneath the car and have a look at things with an oil change as its a nice general inspection procedure/interval. Also, I am not convinced that extracting gets as much out of the pan as the typical drain. FCP euro supplies you with a new drain plug and O-ring in their Oil Change kit too.And mine had residue all around it and was barely torqued. Had I extracted... I never would have seen that! Downside of the belly pan is you cannot detect fluid leaks (like coolant, oil, transmission) etc until its too late or its a bad leak. Anyway....

Just looking to confirm if I can place the jack stand under that front Frame Section as pictured. (I already did it and nothing appears to be damaged)

For what it's worth, that's exactly where I put my jack stands -- If we're incorrect, we can be fools together.
