Did you feel the same when Jaguar downsized from V8s to V6s back in 2013.........I sure loved my V8s....., but the 6 is........ OK also.

Comparing them fully loaded, sportbrake MSRP is $14k USD more.

I must have models mixed up. I was considering the S90 which had I believe the T5 4 cylinder turbo(twin?) which was gutless. I would agree the T6 would be better but it wasn't offered on the S90 I considered. The vehicle was beautiful otherwise and trounces the Jaguar XF interior. One of the best interiors I have ever seen. But the engine and not particularly sporty handling turned me off. But others may find it great. It wasn't selling very well here last year and was very expensive.

I traded my 09 E350 wagon in on my XF, and service was one of the reasons. I hope next week's first Jag experience is an improvement... but being free solves one of the major Merc issues.

I purchased my 2016 XF last October and have been very pleased with their service and customer care. They seem anxious to keep their customers happy. Good luck.

In NY it sure is. Great Neck, Huntington, etc. are all awful dealerships. Outside of NY, Jaguar has absolutely incredible service lots. The Great Neck location was absolute filth, made up of liars.

Jaguar is also the leader in service reputation among many surveys.

Don't know what you did to bring out the 'awful' in them, but I have had great all-around experience with Huntington Jaguar ( all my Jags bought and serviced there so far...)
