Hello, I have a 2016 XF that I love and do not want to get rid of it. The problem I am having is the remote app and connectivity. I have not checked it in awhile until recently. Car mileage is correct along with the gas so there is some communication. The problem is that the car always shows running (driving) and a lot of the driving dates and to and from (gps) does not fully match. I went through all the reset procedures I cared to do such as reset the system through the overhead button next to the windscreen, shut down the tracking system on a pc and restarted it, shut it off on the app amd restarted it and also took the app off my iphone and deleted all the data and reinstalled the app. Now the app shows the vehicle at the last location I visited but does not show me coming home. The app still shows the vehicle running or driving even though its parked in the garage.

All I can think of that might be the problem is a 2g 3g network problem as the carriers delete the old systems. Its just a guess. I would pull the fuse to the system but the last time I got loose in the fuse block it took me days to figure out the right sequence to get things back to normal.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have had no issues with anything on the vehicle except for the basic stuff here and there. What I want to able to do is remote start the car now that the Houston weather is getting in full swing. I do not care so much about a log of trips but when the car says it is driving you can not access any of the features. It would also be nice to locate the car.
