Default Rear fuse box

In learning how to disable the auto start stop today, I opened the rear fuse box. My vehicle (2016 XF 3.0 Premium AWD) seems to have a lot of fuse slots empty. Comparing to the fuse box chart, some of these seem like they should be there. Is this how others are? Here's pictures of the box and chart. Everything on this car works as far as I can tell. I haven't run across anything that doesn't work as advertised yet. Does this seem strange?

Okay, after consulting my owner's manual and matching the fuse charts with the correct fuse locations, I see that they are all there that need to be. Obviously they use this same panel for a number of different models that have different features and fuse requirements, so that's the reason behind all the empty slots. The numbering system seems whacko as it's all over the place instead of just 1-30 in a straight line and in the same rows. I don't know why but this car seems to make me anxious, even after driving 2 Range Rovers over the last 13 years. They didn't make me anxious at all. Not sure why this one does. Hmmm.
