Default Rear wheel bearing DIY?

Tried the search without success. I'm sure the info is here, I'm just not finding it. Looks like a typical press out/in affair bur I'd rather have a reference.

What year is your car ? There is the old XF, and this forum for the current model from 2015. They look almost identical at a glance, but are totally different. If yours is the older car, post in the forum for X250 and I'm sure you'll get a result. For the older cars, one normally swaps out the complet hub with bearings, it just unbolts. Easier and quicker and not much more expensive.
