Default The Squeak is Driving Me Mad!

Hi all,

The car has been perfect so far apart from one thing which is driving me mad. There's a squeak coming from the rear drivers side which I can only compare to a squeaky mattress from low grade adult video shoot.

The sound was at its absolute worst today and it seems to be worse the warmer the temperature is.

The sound goes away mostly when its rained/is raining (I think).

The sound usually doesn't happen when turning right. Only when turning left or going straight over any sort of bumps. When cold the sound happens less frequently when going straight and only when the car at its top of suspension travel *like when going over a crest*

Today the sound started to linger (warmest day since I got the car 3 weeks ago)

I went to a reputable shop and they said suspension looks immaculate, they didnt check the exhaust hangers which I will do myself. But does anyone have any other suggestions or have gone through the same thing? The sound doesn't seems to be louder or quieter at any point at any speed. Its just the frequency of how often it occurs that changes. Sometimes it seems to happen when just going straight like something is reverberating.

Any updates on the cause of this?
I just had new tires put on my ‘18 Sportbrake and am just starting to get a similar squeak.

The issue for my car was 100% the rear left strut mount. It was completely blown. It looked perfectly fine when it was still in the car.

Does the level of the sound increase with the windows down? Don't assume it's coming from outside the cabin (although it sounds like it).

That disintegrated in just 7 years? OMG. That is some serious quality issues. WOW.
