Hey all, new here. Have a 2016 XF 35t AWD. Had the annual service in July and ever since, the steering wheel controls don't work for changing the satellite radio channels. It will only change from preset to preset, not up and down through all the channels like it always had before.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

 

I had updates done on my '16 XF during the summer, and I did notice that XM was different (I can't recall what is different at this time, but I did notice that it was slightly changed). At this point, I'm just used to it the way it is.
