Default Vibration at 70+

I have a 2017 XF-S and over the last few months the car has started to develop a vibration over 70+ (like I am driving on a rough road). Its goes away when I am under 70 miles but comes back when I am over.
I replaced my all my rims and got new tires yesterday thinking that was the issue but its still there. Any suggestions on what is the cause? Appreciate any help.
Thanks -warren

It might be a wheel bearing.

Thanks, I was thinking that also but not sure. Last time I have a bearing issue on another car, I could hear the bearing grinding.
