XF Battery replacement
As expected, the OEM battery on my 2016 XF needed replacement. The first sign was the trunk not opening automatically followed by a Low Battery indicator warning the next day. Took it into my local Jag dealership who took immediate action to put a new one in (as their diagnostics showed it below the minimum CCA). When I looked over the paperwork later, I noted the battery was part number LR104510 which is for the Land Rover. Called the dealership who said that with the demise of the XF, the Land Rover they put in is compatible as Jag is no longer supplying an XF dedicated battery. Did some on-line research and see that the LR battery cranks at 850 CCA while the XF specs call for 800 CCA. I would suppose that is ok and the battery fits fine. Anyone else have this concern?
There is no concern having a higher capacity battery. The starter will only pull as many amps as it needs, which should be much less than the capacity anyway as long as the systems are healthy. The only concern would be having a lower capacity battery. You'll be fine, just you probably paid a little more than necessary.
But for the next guy reading who hasn't purchased yet, a lot of batteries are made by the same manufacturer anyway and just the label or the color of the plastic case is different for different brands, including OEMs. When my original battery finally gave it up after eight years, I found that the Interstate brand AGM battery specified for my 2012 XF was a dead-ringer for the OEM Varta down to the smallest detail. And I'm sure it was much cheaper than at the dealer.

Ouch! That labour charge looks high. I don't know what the labour rates are in Florida but they surely can't be more than $150/hr. So that equates to over 1.5 hrs labour to replace the battery, which seems a bit excessive.
