From looking at photos of the '11 and '12 front seats, it appears the '12 seats have larger side bolsters on the seat backs and on the seat cushion? The '11 seats could be more supportive in my opinion. Now wondering if this was addressed in the '12's. My recent Jaguar satisfaction survey had questions relating to the seat comfort and material. Anyone know if the 12's were changed and if the '11 and '12 seats are interchangeable?

 

Yes, the 12s do have larger side bolsters. Even the bottom piece is more supportive than gen 1 xfs.

I don't know if they are interchangeable, but i do know of a guy who swapped (2010 or 2011) XFR front seats into his 2010. I will try to find a thread and post it on here.
