I have a 2009 Jaguar XF Premium, I've had it for about 1 year problem free. But now I seem to have one that's major and I'm really in need of some help. My screen flickers and blinks the Jaguar logo and still not stop or even boot up past the logo. It will do it even when the car is off killing my battery. I took it to the Jaguar dealership they removed the driver seat and said my Bluetooth module and audio portable module were rusted and dampened causing it to do this. Ok fair enough but then I was estimated a little under 4,000 to fix this. But the thing that weirds me out is how as they are showing me this problem my screen is working just fine. That said they had it hooked up to a computer to simulate a working screen. When I looked under the driver seat there was no computer no modules just a wire connecting 2 of the connectors. Can someone please help me I don't have an extra 4000 laying around to spend on this and if I can just make my screen work without having bluetooth and I pod hookup which I don't use anyway would be greatly appreciated. Please someone know more about this then me. Thank you.

 

I would check the battery, seams like it is weak time to replace.

 

stop saying to everyone to check their battery you making them waste money and time

the problem is the bluethoot module, had the same problem on my xf 09 and this is how I solved it

p.s the dealer will charge you 577$ just for the module so you should really start looking for it on eBay first.

 

So what did you find out....I replaced the bluetooth and usb mods and still only flashes

 

It would also be interesting to know which wires were connected in order for your screen to work
