Yes, fairly simple unless you want to go from pre-facelift to facelift.

Swap out front bumper, grills, hood w/louvers and install rear diffuser.

If you want to go facelift, you will also need headlights and maybe front fenders and a bunch of wiring changes for lights.


I personally think the standard XF looks better with its smaller front grills. The XFR grill opening look very bulky and less “refined”.

But that is my opinion.

 

dont forget to swap the seats too! much nicer than the basic seats

and exhaust if you want it 1:1
