Hello. I have a 2011 Jaguar xfr. I have a problem with water pooling into the rear driver side foot well. But I think it only collects there due to the car being parked on a slope. On flat ground, the entire sides carpet from front to end would be soaked. Before, I have diagnosed the sunroof and found two bolts completely unscrewed. I thought I found my problem. Until we were hit with a nasty thunderstorm, carpets were soaked again and this time the display screen started , flickering and engine light came on(not sure if that’s related though as I haven’t checked for codes yet). So I took upon myself to gut out the interior where water collects. I found some of the modules under the seat to be corroded badly so thats probably why my screen went out. But as for the water leak, I’ve been spraying water with a hose for about 15 minutes over the sunroof and windshield but no waters showing inside yet. Any other known places that are prone to failure?
Are you able to check the moon roof drains?
There are 4 one in each corner. They have been reported to get clogged up. Especially if the car is not garaged. Is the car is parked under trees?
