The power outlet in my Jaguar XF 2011 does not work. Where is the fuse for this, as I have seen various locations offered?

Thanks

I've moved your question from X260 to X250 forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your 2011 XF.

I only have the European specification Owner's Handbook. This shows the power 50 amp outlet fuse is in the Engine Compartment fuse box at location F7.

The LHD version may be on the opposite side of the engine bay (?) but I expect the fuse numbering to be the same.

Just noticed your user name. I believe I have one of your old cars.

If you have a cigar lighter in front of the cup holder, that will be called the cigar lighter fuse. The outlet under the lid on the centre consul is called auxilary power outlet & has it's own fuse under that name!

Believe it or not I'm just getting around to doing this, pandemic put a wrinkle or everything as car sat for some time. With the pictures that were sent to me, I took pictures of the locations with my fuses for the power outlet but they are not labeled so I cannot tell which one is which. Anyone have an idea from these pictures which one is fuse for power outlet?

Thanks

Look under the lid
The fuse for the auxillary power is in the centre junction box, not under the bonnet!

Excuse my ignorance my friend. I imagine the bonnet is the hood and the centre junction box where would that be. In the truck or back seat? Thanks for the patience
