So i just bought the car 2 days ago out of state (2.5 hours away) It has 24,000 miles on it.. has the original factory warranty as well as the CPO Certified warranty. That said..........


I noticed the dash bubbling and mentioned that to the sales rep (mind you they are out of state and 2.5 hours from my home) She said ohh yea that is covered under the warranty.. is it tho? Heard from some yes,,, from some no??

Second issue... The center channel speaker on dashboard.. I noticed a little crack in it and so I pushed it in a little bit to smooth it out with my finger. it literally crumbled into pieces and made a hole in the speaker grille?!

Please tell me these would be covered. It is a 2011 so has the 5 year/ 60,000 factory warranty and also is a CPO until 2017.

My worry is that my dealer here local will perhaps give me flack?

You will be fine under original factory warranty. Had mine replaced with no issues at all.

Yea you're covered under factory warranty, but not under select edition or any other extended warranty
