This is my 3rd XFS, my 4 on the other thread, so done alot of maintenance to it myself, including full service, replaced oil coolant peice as coolant leaving into the V, manual DPF clean, (did angle grind off the heat protector at one stage to consider removal and proper clean) but the spray cans and 4k motorway runs seem to do the job.

Anyway it suddenly came up with restricted performance, no error codes come up with a standard reader, and turn the car off and on and it's gone, drive to 2-2.5k revs and it comes back. Took it to an indy who charged me £700 to clean the DPF despite no warning signs and I'd done it myself. Said second turbo might be on its way out and said now it's MOT'd just sell ASAP. I'd checked all intake for leaks etc. I have just purchased a smoke machine to see if I can find anything etc. I know the cars are high mileage and things expected to go wrong but if it's obviously I want to see if I can get it resolved.
