2013-2014 Nav DVD
Ok….I don't want to be called any names or start a "morality" discussion but I just purchased a new 2013-2014 Nav DVD disc and I find it very hard to see where it might be a "copy". If you look at the attached jpg. you can see that the "numbers" (mfg.-serial) etc. seem to be legit. It states made in Japan. I haven't installed it yet. The seller says he is a dealer and has to replace these discs all the time on new and used cars……so he sees a profit in selling them as after market discs as well. I paid $50….shipped.

Tell him you are on a Forum and saw where another member bought a disc. He is on the west coast and stated that at this time he only had the west coast disc available.

The 2012s and later don't use a disc for an update. The hard drive data can only be updated via a flashdrive that is activated by the use of a security code furnished at the time of purchase.
