Looking around on this site (new here) I see a lot of people asking about air intakes, and there seems to not be much in the way of aftermarket support. I watched a video where an adapter was bought to attach cone filters for the V8.

When I went out and looked at the air box I realized there were 2 torx (T15 ?)screws holding the MAF sensors into 2 air boxes. I unclipped the sensors, removed the air box and MAF, undid the MAF connection to the box (torx screws), then reinstalled the MAF sensors.

Doing this let me attach 2 generic 3” cone filters from I picked up locally. I can get pictures if there is a request. But I thought this might save someone else some looking and some money for adapters that aren’t needed. Really brought out the supercharger whine.

I plan to use the eyelets where the MAF tubes connected to the factory air box to rig up support.

I'm going to do something similar but keep the cones in the boxes so I don't get heat soak,looks good
