3.0D coolant leak on top of engine help needed please
Hi All
I have a 2010 xf 3.0d and its started to lose coolant I took the top cover off and see there is coolant underneath the intake air shut off throttle body I am guessing that underneath is the thermostat.
I have tried to remove the body to get underneath but the two metel egr pipes stop it.
my question if anyone can help is there a way of removing the pipes from the body I know to do it properly you need a special tool to unclip two joining clips on the pipes which I am told you cant get hold of also is it common for it to leak there and do i need a new thermostat.
