New user here. Just wanted to share and ask for some advice.
About to get a 2011 XF Premium (Stratus Grey/Black int), with no additional options for $51,500+TTL. Invoice on it, as you most likely know is $51,980.

I think I'm getting a decent deal, but would like feedback.
How much room do the dealers really have on the price? In Carlsbad,CA the dealer wanted $55,000 and would not budge, but dealers in Orange County and Pasadena were much more flexible.

However the quckness and ease with which the price was beaten down seems to suggest that there is still some give left. Does anyone know?

Wait for the 2012!

 

I had a similar choice too - Instead went with a 2009 XF Supercharged "Select" used with 100K warranty and only 18k miles.

Have you test driven it yet? I wonder how it drives compared to my X350 XJ.

 

Im with Tim. Seeing what the changes will be for 2012, I would wait!
