Default Ac not as.cold. help..xfr 2010

So I don't know what's going on I live in Florida the air conditioner is okay I had it checked they said everything is fine it has enough Freon but it's not icy cold like my SUV I don't know why I don't know if this is normal but it should be really cold I think anyone have any idea how I can get the AC colder I changed my cabin filter and it still does not blow as cold as I think it should also it takes a couple of minutes to get cold does everyone have the problem maybe I just have an old car and that's just the way they built them back then in 2010 please let me know any suggestions

I had to replace the AC compressor on my 2012 XFR at 68k miles, might want to get it checked by a different shop. Also, what I noticed is that the AC on these cars is not as cold as other makes like BMW, Audi, or Mercedes.

Also see if it works better if you're moving and it's only when you're stationary/engine idling that it sucks.

If this is the case, you likely have a faulty DPS valve in the compressor. These can be swapped out without changing the entire compressor, but still requires e.g. draining/refilling of the AC system so best left to a shop that can do this.

Agree, however if you have to go to all that trouble you might want to just replace with a new aftermarket compressor rather than repair a 12 year old compressor, to have to replace it in short order.
