Default Anyone else Starting to find Parts harder to get?

So, Who else is starting to find it harder to track certain parts for the car?

Was looking for a new block heater (Engine Element) Part Number: AJ811581 for a2010-2015 XFand I see it is discontinued as well. I was able to track a custom part by Kat's but I have noticed that parts are starting to become scarce.

Discontinued or out of stock / back ordered? Like many other manufacturers there are a lot of backordered parts. I've not yet found discontinued for my 2010 model
Block heater - was that a factory part or aftermarket fit?

The AJ811581 is discontinued (they have replaced with the C2D12245 which changes the price from $226.11 to $460.00 30mm models.) Now note that the AJ811581 is for the 2009 4.2 and gray area of the 2010 5.0 NA while the C2D12245 is for the 2011-2015 5.0 NA or 2010-2015 XFR. I have found that the 2010 5.0 NA is usually in a gray are for parts to begin with and I don't even want to get into tracking engine parts unless you cross reference to the Land Rover.
