Default Anyone partially re-glue dash?

The glue on my 2011 XF's dash has finally stated to give on both sides of the center speaker (see picture). I took it to 4 local upholstery shops who all recommended removing the dash, pulling the leather back about half-way, then re-stretching/glue/staple. Quotes were super reasonable from $65 to $200 but I was wondering if anyone else has had just a partial re-glue? Of note, none of them have ever worked on a Jaguar dash before. Thanks for any responses!

I had it done on my '10 XKR last year. You can see the before and after results in this post:

It isn't obvious in the before photo but the passenger side had popped as well as the crease on the drivers side.

The upholstery shop wanted to replace the whole lot with vinyl but I luckily popped in after they had received the dash and convinced them to have a go at just peeling it back and re-gluing and it looks as good as new now.

yea never really noticed on mine but now I did notice after a year..
if I remember and I can't find my paperwork, I think my extended warranty might cover that for me.. its cosmetic, but I guess I can argue that it's not wear and tear, and its a defective product?
but that quoted price ain't bad up to the 200 bucks
