Hello, new member and first post...

I have a 2011 XF premium luxury that I bought on Monday from a non Jaguar garage.. Paired the car with my Samsung galaxy S7 edge and it worked perfectly. I had phonebook, calls and most importantly audio. Tonight I was happily listening to audible, stopped at the service for a quick leg stretch and on my return the I got an audio connection error. The phone side of things works perfectly still but I can no longer play music or podcasts through the audio.

Seems like an odd error and I cannot find a resolution. I have repaired the phone a few times to no avail and although no device appears under the audio menu when I press change device it has my phone listed but cannot find it.

Is this a known issue? Can anyone help?

 

Has a problem with my 2011 XF and Galaxy 7. Uninstalled the phone and reinstalled it and everything has been fine.
