Bluetooth / Telephone / Pause
Hi guys, I took delivery of my gorgeous racing red XF on Monday and I love it. One question, I use an iPhone with it and I have a couple of telephone numbers that have commas in them to create a pause (to enter the conference call pin number once the call has connected). Unfortunately the Telephone system doesn't recognise the comma so removes anything from the comma onwards. Is there a way to get the system to create a pause in a telephone number or will I just have to manually type the number in once the call has connected?
Many thanks.
Many thanks.
Welcome to the forum Shutts318ci,
The answer is probably 'NO' but could depend on the Model Year of your XF. The latest information for UK owners is available through the Jaguar Bluetooth Connectivity Centre:

Congratulations on the new car!
After the phone has dialled and connected, if you look at the iphone screen (rather than the car screen) you should see alongside the number keys on the screen a small icon somewhere at the bottom that says 'Dial xxxx' - if you press that it will then dial the various numbers after the comma.
It doesn't always seem to be there on my phone, but sometimes it works.
If not, then as far as I know you have to dial the digits manually (but pls post and let us know if you find out any other solution!)
