You might be better off asking on one of the UK Jag forums, this one is mostly USA.

It would be helpful to others if you listed your initial problem, initial settings and the settings you changed for future forum members. Thanks

For what it's worth, I think the people who have the gear - and far more importantly, the knowledge - to use SDD with all the low-level CCF editing and stuff keep a lot of the info to themselves. To be honest, I don't really have an issue with this: it probably takes a fair amount of time and/or money to learn how to do it all but far more importantly it's surprisingly easy to brick something that then may even require a tow to the dealer to fix if you don't know what you're doing, so they don't want to feel in any way responsible for a random forum member who's half-read through their instructions, messed something up, and is now screaming because their car won't start.

I'm pretty sure the forum members who have gear/knowledge are more than happy to help people who are local to them or even are able to do remote desktop session etc. But when it comes to editing CCF files, there be dragons, so I'd certainly want the support of someone who knew what they were doing.

hehe, to be sure there are some files one should not edit without a good working knowledge of SDD and CCF, but I don't think you could brick your car editing your stereo. I guess anything is possible though;_)

I own SDD and I have updated my stereo from stock to Premium (Alpine, not B&W). The purpose of the forum is to support and share. Benefit to others who follow his path are helpful. I'd just simply be interested in knowing if he did the same and what his issue was.

Edit: If on the other hand Graham asked him to keep it confidential, I certainly respect that.

Either that, or OP didn't have much involvement in the actual CCF editing/upload.

Default Info CCF B&W audio

Good morning everyone! Could someone tell me which parameters in the CCF need to be changed to enable the B&W 440W audio system? We are talking about a Jaguar XF X250 year 2010. I already had the intermediate 320W audio system. I purchased and wired the central speaker in the dashboard, added the 2 medium speakers in the front doors and replaced the rear parcel shelf with the one with 2 speakers. I also replaced the exact amplifier for the 440W B&W system with code 6H52-18C808-DD (the previous one was 6H52-18C808-CD). Now for complete success it would only need to change the parameters in the CCF. If anyone can help me I would be grateful. I already have all the equipment SDD v.165 program cable and power supply for the battery and I have already modified the CCF once to enable the USB port for music.
