They were not responding to my email or calls was just a courtesy call and the poor lady heard it all from me and it actually got me to talk to someone higher

getting some response now after 3 weeks of bickering.
car is going in again and have told them that it is the last time ..I WANT THE PROBLEM SLOVED...
lets see what happens .....at last jag have started comunicating very very slowly

 

the saga continues this is getting crazy now.
car went in today was told has to come back again and car has to go the the panel beaters to realign the doors apparently,, the pressure is too much so when the body rolls the car creaks .
i was feeling ill after being told this ,,seems to make sense but brand new car and panels to be taken off and screws to be taken out ohhh just the thought is killing me.
will update again dont know when it will be taken in to be adjusted.
hope it gets fix 3 odd weeks and 3 times taken back...

 

I have the exact same issue on my 2012 XF. My dealer did replace the seals and it worked for about a month but now they are back. I understand how you feel. I love the car as well but the internal noises are really changing my opinion of the car and making me second guess my purchase. I have never had an issue like this with any of my previous like model sports sedans. (550 BMW, Lexus GS430, Infiniti M45). Very disappointing...

when i went in yesterday they showed me a detailed diagram on how they have to adjust the doors from jag maybe its an issue and it is so frustrating.
the cars drive is fantastic but when you get these bloody noises it kills you.
i too have had 3 audi a6s in 2 years not these problems hopefully it gets sorted will let you know if it does the trick and you can demand it to get done as well.
