Broken connector between engine and vent hose
Hello one and all,
I’m new to this forum so perhaps I should introduce myself. I live in North Decon and have a 2015 XFR sportbrake having upgraded from two X types. It’s a great car and I really enjoy driving it but it hasn’t been without its problems. I’m an enthusiastic amateur when it comes to car repairs. I’m prepared to have a go at most things and so far I’ve managed to avoid costly dealership visits.
I’m hoping someone is able to help me with a really annoying problem. My XFR 2.2 diesel has had a low fuel pressure problem for a while. In my attempts to fix this I have broken the connector that the vent hose that goes from the engine to the coolant reservoir clips onto. I have looked online for a replacement but I’m not sure what it is officially called or a part number for it.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

After getting home from work today and doing a more thorough inspection of the damage this is the part that I broke. I think I’ve sourced a replacement online so hopefully the problem is solved.
