Broken drivers side foam door molding on 2009 XF
Hi guys,
I noticed a foam trim piece sitting loose in my drivers side door jamb and I have no idea where it came from. I looked at the passenger side and cannot locate the same piece. I see that it has been ripped off from a larger piece of foam trim. Does anyone know:
A) where this came from
B) is it important to replace
C) can it be re-glued or does it the entire fo trim need to be replaced?
Thanks everyone

Upon searching a bit more, I see that its a side fender mount. The little knobby part on mine has broken from the rest of the trim

Does anyone know if there's a fairly easy way to access the upper portion of the front fender (directly above the side vent) in order to fit a new foam pad?
I'm hoping I don't need to remove the entire panel to do this. Thanks
