Has anyone seen this before? And if so, do you know of a fix?

I had a CEL pop for P0170. Long story short, the 02 sensor backed out. Corrected the issue and cleared the codes. CEL came back on with a permanent P0710. No freeze frame and no pending. I thought that was odd. So cleared the codes again and again the CEL came on. Now there are no codes and the CEL is on. Any ideas on how to turn of the CEL?

 

What scanner are you using? Unless it's the Jaguar SDD setup you may not have a scanner that can read all the Jaguar codes?
How did the O2 sensor back out? It came unscrewed? It's has wires so it can't turn more than a little bit without ripping the wires off?

I've tried a few different scanners, and even an OBD wifi dongle and OBD Fusion on my phone. I'll go through SDD once I get my laptop back from a friend and see what's going on.
